Scope: this Policy covers our website, emails, SMS, forms, chats, and calls. It does not cover third‑party sites, brokers, or operators you choose to engage.

2. What we do

We are a publishing and lead generation platform that helps you discover and connect with independent jet charter brokers, aircraft sales brokers, operators, and related vendors. We are not a broker or operator. Engagements, bookings, and payments occur with third parties you select.

3. Categories of information we collect

  • Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, country, time zone.
  • Travel & purchase intent: airport preferences, route ideas, budgets, aircraft interests, timing, use case.
  • Communications: messages, forms, emails, and, where permitted, call recordings and chat logs.
  • Device/usage: IP address, cookie IDs, approximate location, user‑agent, pages viewed, referrers, session events.
  • Inferences: interest level, aircraft/route affinity, price sensitivity, likelihood to charter or purchase.
  • Enrichment data (potential future use): household income band, creditworthiness band, education level, employer or company, titles, and public social profiles from reputable data providers to improve trust and matching quality.
  • Sensitive data: we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as SSNs, precise geolocation, or biometric identifiers.

  • Automatically from your device and browser via cookies and similar technologies.
  • From service providers, analytics/advertising vendors, and data enrichment partners (future use).

  • Lead matching & service delivery: connecting you with relevant brokers and aviation vendors.
  • Customer communications: responding to inquiries via email, SMS, chat, and phone.
  • Operations & security: debugging, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and service integrity.
  • Marketing & personalization: suggestions, offers, and content tailored to your interests, including cross‑context behavioral advertising.
  • Analytics & product improvement: measuring usage and improving features and content.
  • Machine learning: training internal models on de‑identified or aggregated data, including chat/call transcripts, to improve matching and quality.
  • Legal & compliance: enforcing terms, protecting rights, and responding to lawful requests.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand usage, and personalize content and advertising. Initial stack may include Google Analytics (GA4), VWO, optional Hotjar or FullStory, Beehiiv (email), and Attio (CRM). We may add or replace vendors over time, and will update this Policy periodically to reflect material changes.

  • Verification: we may verify using your full name and the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  • Authorized agents & appeals: where required, we will honor authorized agent submissions and provide an internal appeals path if we decline your request.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the purposes disclosed, then delete or de‑identify it, subject to legal holds and suppression records. By default we aim for:

  • Leads and correspondence: up to 60–120 months, or longer where necessary for business records, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
  • Call recordings / chat logs: up to 60–120 months where permitted.
  • Web analytics: up to 60–120 months.
  • Suppression (opt‑out) records: retained indefinitely to honor your choices.

10. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls with role‑based access, least‑privilege practices, and vendor agreements. No system is 100% secure. Please use caution when sharing information online.

11. International transfers

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, we may transfer data to the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of protection. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other recognized safeguards for such transfers.

12. Children

PrivateJets.co is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor provided data, contact and we will delete it.

We may link to third‑party sites or integrate their tools. Their practices are governed by their own policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their actions.

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will change the Effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
